DanceFit with Jamie and Rachel

DanceFit is a high cardio dance fitness class that uses Hip Hop and Pop music with combination of dance and fitness moves to give you a full body workout! We offer 8 different class times during the week and your first class is always FREE!!!
If you are looking for a great way to work out that you enjoy- DanceFit is the answer for you!!!
Classes are M/W/F at 6am with Rachel
