FAQ

1. We do perform haircuts on children. We consider a child under the age of 12. For your child's safety we will not be able to complete the service, if child is not compliant with stylist.

2. We stand behind as Haircolor Specialists. We recognize that a service may not be what you were hoping for, and for that we will be happy to correct it within a week of initial appointment.

3. We love your referrals and reviews! Ask the front desk more about how you can get $5 off your next service for sending in your friends!!

4. We value your time, and understand that sometimes things come up. Please let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule an appointment.

5. We offer free WiFi when you are in the salon. Ask us for the password, and we will be more than happy to give it to you!

6. We do have Apprentices working in the salon. Their prices fall under Protege on our websites. These individuals are working under our Executive Stylists, and are not currently licensed.

7. We do travel on-site for weddings, and would love to serve you on your Big Day! Please email us at Darelavita@darelavita.com and ask for our Wedding Contract!
