Denise Davis, Realtor & Client Advocate

Denise Davis joined the real estate industry in 2003 and has been with WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony since 2011. She works with the firm’s McKenna Group, serving Howard, Montgomery, Carroll, Frederick and Anne Arundel counties.

Denise chose to work with the McKenna Group because of the energy, drive and forward-thinking marketing ideas of Michael McKenna. Plus, he takes time with each of the team’s Realtors® to help them to succeed.

Denise earned a degree in architecture from the Catholic University of America, and she has a background in commercial design. She’s managed multimillion dollar commercial projects from the start of design to completion of the building, so no challenge is too big for her. Denise’s eye for design helps her to spot great opportunities for buyers, sellers and builders.

Denise grew up in Olney, Md., and currently resides in New Market, Md. Denise coordinates a fundraiser twice a year for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. She also hosts regional networking events to support small, local businesses.
