This rustic wedding venue is located only 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 30 minutes from Boone, NC. With 13 acres of creek lined pasture for your ceremony or just fishing and fun, a rustic open faced barn, beautiful fenced in pasture for horses, and 13 acres of wooded, hiking and horseback riding space, this is an outdoor lover's dream wedding venue! The ranch style, farm house offers a private getaway, yet easily accessible. It can accommodate a large bridal party, that allows for 2 separate spaces for the men and women with 2 separate entrances. A prep room is also provided that has plenty of shelving and extra refrigeration with it's three bay cooler. The house is handicap accessible, and offers a beautiful wrap around porch with scenic views and also has a large fenced in back yard and plenty of fenced acreage for horses. The pasture and rustic barn offers wide open natural settings that can accommodate very large groups or an intimate guest list. The space can be decorated to your liking, with a blank slate that offers so much for the do- it-yourselfers or creative designers, with no limit to vendors selection. Be kind not to pick the flowers, as Desi has beautiful gardens, to share, that make beautiful back drops for your wedding photos. Venue price includes a three night stay: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, allowing a rehearsal space and plenty of time to prep, relax, or enjoy outdoor activities up until your special event, with an option for an additional night stay for those newlyweds who just want a few more days to relax, or for couples and families who would like to come in early(based on availability.)
