I have been making plant based meals for years and have had many requests for my baked items. There is a lack of vegan or plant based establishments in our area especially desserts, despite the growing need. I would like to open up my own bakery with daytime hours to serve light treats and drinks as well as a place for people to order specialty cakes. I specialize in all natural cruelty free products that can be made for any allergy restrictions such as nut free, soy free, dye free, as well as cater to special diets such as gluten free, paleo, whole foods, unprocessed and more. I will also hold classes for adults and children who are interested in the plant based lifestyle. When you think of desserts you might not think of it as being healthy but by eliminating things that have a known negative effect on our bodies, you can feel a little less guilty about what you're eating.
