All of our burgers are made from 100% local, grass-fed, open range-raised, antibiotic-free and growth-hormone-free beef from the ranches of the Diablo Trust.
We actively partner with local farmers, ranchers, bakers, cheese-makers, brewers, vintners, and other producers to source as much as possible from within a 250-mile radius - the Diablo Burger definition of food-shed here in Arizona.
And, while it may sound like we are trying hard to be noble, for us it is really about being tasty and true to place. We want to enhance the connection between community and ecology through gastronomy.
