It's two-part mission is to afford an educational opportunity for people to enjoy exploring electronic communication through radio, social media, public relations, public affairs, engineering, writing, and music. The other mission of DNP 102.3 is to serve as "the voice" of all the other non-profits in the local Dover - New Philadelphia area!
