Donley Homes is located in Pickerington, Ohio and is a family-run business with over 30 years of deep community involvement. We currently build new construction in the Meadowmoore Reserve community-- a picturesque setting, tree-lined streets, Pickerington Schools, and an ideal location. Lakes, community sidewalks, a neighborhood park and playground highlight this carefully crafted community. We have 12 floor plans from which to choose, including spacious 2-story homes plus a ranch, a 5-level split, and two first floor master plans.

We are also in the planning phase of a new condo community in Pickerington, The Enclave at Meadowmoore. This private community will offer detached ranch style floor plans with covered patios plus a spacious clubhouse, walking trails, dog park, pavilion, and water features.
