Douglas P. Sinn, DDS/Advanced Facial & Oral Surgery

Dr. Sinn has vast experience in oral, facial and dental implant surgery. He served as Professor and Chairman of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas for twenty years and maintains a Clinical Professor position. He has a special interest in the care of pediatric patients and will make your child or teenager feel at ease when providing care for your family. Dr. Sinn remains on active status at Children's Medical Center of Dallas where he serves as Director of Service of Oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Sinn is active in many hospitals in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. These include Baylor Hospital System, Medical Center and the Methodist Hospital System. Dr. Sinn served as President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Chairman of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation. In addition to these national offices, he held the position of President of the Texas Society of Oral Surgeons. He is currently president of the Southwest Society of Oral Surgeons. He was a member of the full-time faculty at UT Southwestern for more than thirty years. He has authored many articles and book chapters on oral and maxillofacial surgery and delivered hundreds of lectures at local, national and international oral surgery venues over the years.
