We are all looking for peace, equanimity, and meaning in our lives. Connecting mind, body, and spirit can be difficult at times. This may be a time of challenge, and support and care may be helpful for any psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Consider seeking the assistance of a licensed professional counselor who has specialized training integrating the spiritual dimension with the clinical and scientific dimensions to guide you through your journey. The spiritual dimension can be interwoven with the professional counseling experience if so desired. I am presently focused on treating individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, or chronic stress. I work with adolescents and adults. I will provide an atmosphere of safety by proceeding slowly, gently, and non-violently. A healing environment to explore and develop new resources will be provided.

I am receiving ongoing training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 2 of 3) to provide state-of-the-art somatic interventions substantiated by interpersonal neurobiology and mindfulness, tapping into the wisdom of your body and promoting healing to realize your full potential if you have experienced trauma, abuse, or chronic stress.

I also have training through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) in Ericksonian Hypnosis and training for the Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), through Intensive Trauma Therapy, Inc. My trauma training addresses post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative disorder (DDNOS), dissociative identity disorder (DID) and any problems resulting in trauma.
