Dr Sheryl Roe - Acupuncture Physician

Dr. Roe has a Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine. She is nationally certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr. Roe is also a licensed herbalist and has been a registered nurse for the past 25 yrs. Dr. Roe has been treating people successfully with acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 12 years.
Her experience and background in western medicine provide her with a unique ability to relate with and work side-by-side with western medical physicians in providing treatment for patients with a broad range of illnesses. Dr. Roe provides treatment for all types of pain, sleep, eating and smoking disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, hypertension, and auto-immune disorders such as lupus and fibromyalgia. Dr. Roe has a clear understanding of medications and medical treatments prescribed by western medicine physicians and she understands how difficult and painful some of those treatments can be.
Dr. Roe speaks nationally about Traditional Chinese Medicine and the treatment of pain, addictive behaviors, auto-immune disorders and weight loss.
Dr. Roe has participated in the annual meetings of the American Academy of Pain Management and at the Florida State Oriental Medicine Association.
Dr. Roe is a member of National Certification Council of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, the American Academy of Pain Management and at the Florida State Oriental Medicine Association.
