CrossFit Smooth is a CrossFit Box here in central Colorado Springs. CrossFit Smooth offers group classes that involve functional training, cardio & metabolic conditioning, gymnastics skills, USAW Olympic weight lifting and much more. We have everything you need from TRX, KettleBells, Dumbbells, Bars & Bumpers, Racks, Lifting Platforms, Dyna Max and Slam Balls and much more.
