We offer personal training, a diverse group exercise class schedule, cardio equipment, free weights & much more! Have kids but still want to work out? Our Kids Club offers babysitting as a convenience for parents to make their health and fitness needs a priority. Members have 24 hour access, 7 days a week.

M-F: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
M-TH: 4:30 PM-7:30 PM
SAT: 8:30-12:00 PM
