Caterina's holistic client centered approaches honor emotions and thinking, while seeking to heighten awareness and increase the quality of life.
She believes strongly in bringing an integrative approach to psychotherapy. She pays close attention to her clients’ personal and family histories, and looks for opportunities to help them gain insight into these areas and move beyond patterns and roles that keep them from being their best self. Caterina also helps her clients look at the ways in which their physical health and well-being, as well as their professional, economic and/or cultural environment may have contributed to their concerns.


Caterina provides a variety of eclectic humanistic and psychodynamic therapeutic styles uniquely tailored to each indidvidual and their specific needs. Such as: Existential, Psychoanalytical, DBT, Interpersonal therapy, Jungian, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral & Mindfulness, Psychodrama and more. Caterina strives to use “nuts and bolts” psychotherapy approaches that are supported by research, tailored to her client’s situation, and can be re-evaluated and adjusted as appropriate.
