Each year, East Valley Community Health Center (EVCHC) provides services to over 33,000 people, with the majority of patients uninsured. EVCHC services encompass primary care to children, teens, and adults; women’s health services, including pre/perinatal, family planning, and well woman care (across all lifecycles); diagnostic and laboratory services such as X-ray, mammography, and retinal scans; dental/oral health care; mental health; an in-house dispensary; and ancillary service focusing on referral coordination, case management, health care coverage, community outreach, health education, and prevention. Additionally, EVCHC serves special populations such as the homeless, adolescents, and people living with HIV/AIDS through the above services and specific resources and clinics.
