ECHO Eureka Springs

ECHO has been in its current location for over 7 years. This facility provides access to the medical clinic & thrift stores which support the free clinic and provides a welcoming atmosphere to all patients, volunteers, and staff. Just in the past few years, Dental, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Cessation, and Diabetic Nutrition counseling have been added to an already comprehensive list of clinic services. Please review the complete list under "Services Provided." The Thrift stores offer a Community Meeting Room free to any group to use during business hours, Free Wi - Fi, charging outlets, and coffee varieties.

As a member of the Arkansas Association of Charitable Clinics and the National Association of Free Clinics, ECHO can research an unlimited number of resources in an effort to provide our Patients the ultimate in care.

Our two building thrift store funds all our medical efforts to meet the needs of our fellow man and woman in need. These two buildings our the Thrift Store which houses the lighting, clothing, kitchen, bed and bath, health, vintage, crafts, sports, and more. It has an extensive, well-organized book department next to our music department, wi-fi bar and coffee cafe'.

The second building of the stores is located directly behind the Thrift Store and is called "Home & More'. This where you will find a rotating collection of furniture, tools, office supplies, electronics, and beds. Lastly, the children's department including toys and baby gear is a hot department. New that is building is Scrubs, Formal wear, and Costuming.
