Since its opening in 2007, Edgar's has been training culinary students from Goodwill Industries Polly's Hospitality Institute, the Macon culinary arts college education program of Helms College.

Perfect for both the professional lunch meeting and the friendly noon gathering, join us Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the place that has all of Macon buzzing - Edgar's Bistro.
