Edgar's Bistro

With a city-chic appearance and a menu of pure food art, Edgar's Bistro presents a unique and innovative dining experience that nourishes the body and the soul. Since its opening in 2007, Edgar's has been training culinary students from Goodwill Industries Polly's Hospitality Institute, the Macon culinary arts college education program of Helms College.

At Edgar's Bistro, enjoy an a la carte menu of tantalizing soups, garden-fresh salads, and an array of sandwiches and entrees to please even the most discriminating palate. To take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients, Edgar's Bistro is pleased to offer a new menu every quarter.

Perfect for both the professional lunch meeting and the friendly noon gathering, join us Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the place that has all of Macon buzzing - Edgar's Bistro.
