El Azteca has become a Provo tradition since its opening in 1962. Now, the Rubio family’s second and third generations continue the tradition. Being the first Mexican Restaurant in the valley, El Azteca introduced many authentic south-of-the-border dishes to Utah County, such as chile rellenos, chimichangas, authentic tacos, quesadillas, tortas and many more. El Azteca also serves 15 different varieties of fruit punch. The self-service salsa bar allows customers to customize their tacos and other Mexican fare. Stop by when there’s live mariachi music in the house. (http://www.cityweekly.net/utah/view-place-4244-el-azteca-taco-shop.html)
