This office space provides a lovely and intimate option for civil ceremonies. There is room for the two of you and two witnesses...however I have succeeded in having delightful ceremonies
with up to seven us there to witness the wedding!

Fee for an in office Civil Ceremony with two witnesses is $175.

If you would like to use a somewhat larger space the beautiful library of the Semple Mansion is available for an additional rental fee. Please inquire!

A simple and beautiful gathering that makes your marriage official in a memorable setting! A great alternative to going to the courthouse!

Please note that Fridays and Saturdays can sometimes have slim availability due to weddings at the Semple Mansion. Check with us about your desired date.
