My name is Mel Williams. I am a former NFL football, who was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2003. I played in the NFL for 3 years and played in the AFL with the New Orleans Vooodoo for 2 years. I played D-1 football at Kansas State University where I received a bachelor's degree. I became a certified personal trainer in 2010 and specialize in sports training. I have been trained by the best trainers in the world and absolutely love helping others achieve their goals. We are moving into a brand new facility with new equipment.
