Elm Square Oyster Co. is the newest restaurant concept from the team at Morello Hospitality Group opening July 15, 2015 at 2 Elm Square in Andover, Massachusetts.

As we wait with anxious anticipation for our next project, our idle hands got the best of us.
In July 2010 Brasserie 28 opened its doors with a new dining option for the town of Andover. We challenged ourselves that finer city dining could be done in the suburbs with culinary creativity, gracious hospitality and attention to detail. Five years later the MH group is at it again.

Elm Square Oyster Co. is a Modern New England Eatery with a beautiful custom Oyster bar. Our menu is fun, fresh and exciting with our Chef Michael Sherman’s interpretation of “New” New England cuisine. We will continue to work closely with local fishermen, farmers, distillers and brewers to provide a unique dining experience once again.

Behind the bar, we will embrace everything that is great about American craft beverages. Our bar will feature an extensive American Bourbon selection, all American wine list, small batch spirits & local craft beers from some of the best craftsmen in America.

Call this restaurant flip an “alter-ego” of brasserie 28 or that we really love cooking here and saw a culinary concept needed in the community…and we really love eating oysters too.
