EnTitle Settlement Services is a locally owned and operated real estate settlement and title insurance company backed by one of the largest underwriters in the industry - First American Title. We specialize in residential real estate closings for both buyers and sellers in the Northern Virginia area, including Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Fauquier, Warrenton, Culpeper, Rappahannock, Orange and Madison Counties.

We also have a specialized team that helps homeowners who owe more on their home than it's worth. We negotiate with the banks on your behalf to obtain a "short sale" approval.

Established in 1999, EnTitle Settlement Services was founded by Chuck and Helen Cornwell. With a long history in the local real estate market, their knowledge and experience is key in working through some of the hurdles that present themselves during the course of a real estate transaction.
