Over the past 11 years, Eric Crisp has built a reputation as one of the most accomplished negotiators in the Orange County real estate market. Negotiating not only on behalf of his own clientele, but also as a third-party negotiator for over 100 of the county’s top agents.

Since joining Sotheby’s HOM team in Laguna Beach, Eric has taken his unique experience and applied it to the luxury residential market, where he personally guides both buyers and sellers through the often-complicated process with ease.

EDUCATION
Eric also has a degree in Finance from Cal State Fullerton, and led the loss mitigation division at a prominent real estate litigation firm before joining Sotheby’s International Realty in Laguna Beach.
