What is Self care?
In an nutshell, self care is any intentional action that you take to care for your physical, mental and emotional health. Good self care is a challenge for many people and it can be especially challenging for survivors of interpersonal violence and abuse. It can also be an important part of the healing process.

Self Care can also be difficult for those who work in the caring and healing fields. Nurturers must remember to nourish and nuture themselves as well.

Self care is unique for everyone. Escape with Chanelle - Self Care Retreats and Spas works with you to design and create your own Self Care Plan and Experience.

VIP Retreats and Personal Coaching:
I coach people who care for others to learn how to better care for themselves, inside and out, so that their job of caring is easier and their lives, as well as the lives of those they’re devoted to are enriched with grace, love and health.

Day Spa Sessions:
These can range from shorter day Spa appointments that range from 15 minutes workplace getaways to a personal 90 minute Just for You Intensives for you alone or you and a friend or partner. Choose your Day Spa Location: Home, Office

All inclusive weekend retreats are designed to help you relax, feel treasured and develop a step by step Self Care Plan.
