Welcome to this Yoga Community! We are honored to be noted as the 2013 recipient of the Register Guard's READERS CHOICE for BEST YOGA STUDIO. Eugene Yoga, a Sanctuary for Body, Mind, Spirit serves the community by providing accessible, sustainable yoga for every body. Classes include gentle yoga, yoga for fitness, prenatal yoga, rehab yoga, flow yoga, yoga for beginners, and yoga for large bodies. Yoga Nidra, Feldenkrais and Qigong are also taught. We offer over 50 weekly classes (2 by donation) taught by skilled, credentialed instructors representing a myriad of yoga schools including Ayurvedic, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar, Kundalini, Ananda, Baptise Power, Forrest, Yin and more. Workshops, series, retreats, partnership with Lane Community College and guest instructors are also part of our program. Our dedication to a safe and supportive environment provides you the opportunity to find a deep connection to body, mind, and spirit leading to vitality and well being.
