Women of all ages and body types will find they gain confidence and improve self-esteem through fun and challenging workouts that build strength, burn calories and tone muscles.

There are several types of classes offered in the studio that utilize different methods and tools to help women reach fitness goals. From beginner pole to sexy chair to exotic flow floor work there is a class to meet everyone’s needs. Melissa and the other instructors will help you find which of the following classes are right for you:

• Intro to Pole: Focuses on fitness workout using the pole to build strength & increase endurance.
• Beginner Pole Fitness: Expands on intro to pole class for further strength building and cardio workout. Advances students to learn and master all basic spins, proper basic climbs, hanging and hand/head stands.
• Intermediate Pole: Continuing strength building & cardio workout. Advancing to flipping, inverting, climb and flips, chopper inverts, climb and flip choppers, individual tricks, basic combos and combo spins.
• Advanced Pole (i.e. Tricksters): Cardio and strength training. Combo tricks, combo spins into tricks, competition/showcase training. Involves more self-directed training.
• Spin Pole: Takes concepts learned in static pole classes and introduces student to performing these on spinning pole.
• Exotic Flow: Focus on flexibility training. Explores floor work and exotic dancing. All levels can participate. *Heels required*
• Sexy Chair: Full body workout through use of the chair and includes lunges, hip circles, sexy walking, squats and other moves. All levels.
• Pole Chair Combo: Combines components of pole and chair classes to provide a more intense full body workout. All levels.
• Boot Camp: Intense fitness workout taking cardio and strength training to the next level. Focuses on workout without pole or chair. *Sneakers required*
