Eye Supply of Wantagh has been serving the community since 1986. We are conveniently located at 1229 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, New York 11793, in the Wantagh Woods Shopping Center on the corner of Wantagh Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue. Eye Supply of Wantagh carries an extensive collection of designer frames, as well as having a wonderful selection for the budget minded. We also have a full selection of prescription and non-prescription sunglasses. Eye Supply of Wantagh has been fitting contact lenses for over 25 years, and are very proud of all the success we have had with our contact lens patients. Eye Supply of Wantagh also accepts many union and insurance plans.
