Fairfield County Counseling

As a group, our team is trained in various evidence-based treatment approaches. We are trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Our therapists are additionally trained in the fields of addiction and eating disorders. We can provide treatment that is also culturally aware, for every piece of our clients' identity matters. We offer additional services in Spanish and Portuguese.

We work with schools, professionals, and agencies throughout the community to ensure continuity of care for our clients. We pride ourselves in our compassion towards the clients we see. As such, our main goal is to engage with children, adolescents, and adults in a relaxed and supportive environment to help them gain control over challenges and achieve their individual goals.
