We work with children and adults starting at 5 years of age to 95 years of age. We teach Taekwondo which translates into the way of the foot and fist. We teach the students to do the Korean Martial Arts which consists of basic kicks, advanced kicks, and flying kicks. We also learn to punch and block using a series of techniques called one steps which later translates into self defense. We start off with a energetic warm up. We work on basic kicks, punches, blocks, and stances. We then work on our forms and the practical application of them in the real world. We then work on sparring techniques and how to improve on what we have already learned. We then finish up the class with a cool down stretch and then we bow out.
