As standard; our apartments comes with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, central heat and air, vertical and mini-blinds, wall to wall carpet (select apts offer laminate flooring) and come cable TV/broadband internet ready. Additionally select two and three bedroom apartments offer washer/dryer hookups. Falcon Pointe offers both uncovered and covered parking plus garages; each apartment is allocated two parking spaces, garages are offered for an additional monthly fee!
