Family Medical Centers

Cumberland Family Medical Center Inc. (CFMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 72 community health serving 20 counties in south central and north central Kentucky. Providing complete primary care services for the entire family, we also provide school-based health centers in our local schools, behavioral health services, local scholarships, and both pediatric and OB-GYN specialty care.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 245b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
