Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is located in south suburban Frankfort, Illinois. We are located at 28 Kansas Street next door to Francesca’s Fortunato in the Wright-Harper Building. Fat Rosie’s is a fun, hip & festive family-friendly Mexican Taqueria featuring a modern take on traditional Mexican fare with small plates, shareable “street foods” & endless tequila. House specialties include an array of mouthwatering handmade margaritas & sangrias. Fat Rosie’s joins the Francesca’s Family of Restaurants.

Who is behind Fat Rosie’s? None other than Chicago’s very own, Chef Scott Harris (Founding Partner of Francesca’s Restaurants).
