We use only genuine Italian wood fired pizza ovens, designed and imported from Italy by Mugnaini Imports. These ovens are hand crafted by Refratarri Valoriani, a family of artisans that have built wood fired ovens since 1890. We have them in our restaurant, and we also mount our wood fired pizza ovens on mobile platforms to bring them to you so that you and your guests may enjoy a true Italian pizza or gourmet meal.

We use only dry oak or almond wood that does not impart any undesirable flavors to our superior pizzas and delectable dishes.

We really love what we do and we do it very well. We would love to cater your next party or special event. We can personalize a menu for your event from some of our favorite Italian specialties or create a unique and special menu to meet your needs.
