Fellowship Bible Church of Paragould

We have three core values.

GOSPEL: The gospel is the good news of Jesus Christ and the gospel alone has the power to change lives. We want to see the gospel saturate every inch of our lives.

COMMUNITY: We were made for community. We are changed in community. We are cared for community. Jesus commissioned us on mission in community. Facebook is not near enough. God is creating a real, authentic community where we can lay aside all the pretending and performing as we rest in the performance of Christ on our behalf. We can come with all of our sin and know that God's grace is bigger than our sin. An authentic community is a community that understands there are no perfect people, only a perfect Savior, and it is he who draws us into relationship with one another.

MISSION: God is the author of life, therefore, He has set out to rescue and restore His creation from the death and decay caused by sin. We are joining God in His mission of restoration as we seek to make disciples who make more disciples. We want to embrace our identity as missionaries in the city of Paragould. We want to see the city restored spiritually, physically and socially.

WHERE DO WE MEET?

Starting in September we will meet every Sunday morning at the Paragould Cinema 8 from 9:30 to 10:50am. If you are interested in learning more about Fellowship of Paragould or attending one of our preview services you can message us. We would love to hear from you.

WHY DO WE MEET IN A CINEMA INSTEAD OF A TRADITIONAL CHURCH BUILDING?

The Bible teaches us that the church is not a building but a people. We are encouraging people to stop simply going to church and to start being the church. We believe that by gathering in the cinema it helps to free us up to be the church God has called us to be as we invest more in people and less in buildings.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU MEET?

Our entire church family will come together once week for worship through preaching, singing, and communion. However, we have Missional Communities that meet throughout the week in different homes. It is in a MC where we connect on a more personal level and begin to apply the gospel to our lives in real, tangible ways.
