Finger Lakes Health and Fitness Center

FLHC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Finger Lakes has recently updated the entire gym with LED lights and has also added new equipment and a newly remodeled squat room that is located off of the heavy lifting room. We offer a wide variety of cardio and weight lifting equipment including free weights. You'll also find that the gym has other types of equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells and TRX to keep your workouts anything but 'routine' and provide new ways to challenge your muscles.

The fitness center has a 55' heated pool that is kept at a warm 88 degrees! Water aerobic classes are available for members and guests several days a week but if you prefer to work out in the water on your own, the pool is supplied with water weights, kick boards and water aerobics noodles. Both men and women's locker rooms include a sauna, a steam room, showers, television and lockers both for day use and long term rental.
