First Baptist Church of Griffin, Georgia

First Baptist is a congregation that believes in offering people choices in Worship, Bible Studies, and Ministry Involvement.

We offer excellence in both traditional worship and contemporary worship. Our Sanctuary is at the center of traditional worship and is designed to create beautiful sacred spaces. Organ, piano, choir, and orchestra are mainstays at this service. The Family Life Building is home to our Connexion Service, where contemporary worship is experienced at its best with guitars, bass, drums and keyboard.

On both Sundays and Wednesdays, there are a variety of special studies which are geared to promote growth in all age groups. We also have a full array of programming for children and youth which focus on Discipleship, Music, and Mission Involvement.

It is perhaps also important to note that First Baptist Church of Griffin is a moderate Baptist Congregation. We support both the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Southern Baptist Convention through our budget.
