The First Universalist Society in Franklin (FUSF) is the second oldest congregation in Franklin, Massachusetts, established in 1856. FUSF met at Marvin Chapel on the Dean College campus for thirteen years and now enjoys our own meetinghouse on our property at 262 Chestnut Street.
What you will find here:
- A group that accepts you as you are, supports you through difficult times, and challenges you to keep growing.
- Thought-provoking and heartfelt worship services led by Rev. Carol Rosine, our minister.
- Religious education: a place for adults and children to discover the wisdom in all religions and cultures, in science and in philosophy. (Visit http://fusf.org/re/fusfre.html for details.)
- Discussion groups for men and women that provide emotional support and spiritual nourishment.
- Circle of Friends Coffeehouse and LiveArts performances, providing nationally acclaimed talent in a smoke and alcohol-free environment
-- Intergenerational activities, including our annual Thanksgiving potluck, community seder, and weekend retreat at Ferry Beach, Maine.
