This is not a marketing line that is used often and loosely but it is the honest truth which is what you will get here, the honest truth about what we do to your food.

The two owners of Fit Body Bistro live a healthy lifestyle and are passionate about the food here. They eat 99% of their meals here, which is easy since our menu is so diverse with the purpose of giving no one an excuse not to eat healthier.

We go to every extent to assure you are getting PURE FOOD!
We are 100% Gluten Free, Anti-Biotic Free, Dye Free, Preservative Free, MSG Free and GMO Free. We sweeten baked goods only with Organic Pure Stevia or Pharmaceutical Grade Xylitol, both are natural sweeteners from a plant and does not spike your insulin levels or damage your brain like processed sugar does. Our spices are ground fresh weekly and are the best quality, we also use True “Ceylon” Cinnamon which is the true cinnamon with anti oxidants to improve health, unlike Cassia Cinnamon which is commonly used everywhere in the U.S. simply because it has a stronger aroma and costs less. We do not and will not ever use soy, butter or canola oil in our food, we cook with either purified water, Organic Coconut Oil or Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The water in our entire facility is purified from chlorine and fluoride which are harmful to our bodies. Our Organic Lemon Water, Cold Drip Brewed Coffee and cups of water served come from Reverse Osmosis Water which is stripped of ALL impurities!
