Burn calories in a fun, high-flying, instructor led by Robert Streeter and Marissa Tavantana Diaz, round of Fitness Jumping on trampolines!

Trampoline techniques include Bouncing, Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, V Jumps, and Power Knees. We'll spice it up by adding floor exercises to include Push-Ups, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and so much more!
