Fitness with Emily is a great place for you to start or continue your journey to a healthy lifestyle.
We have one on one personal training sessions. During each 30 minute session we work on your specific goals for your body, your nutrition, and how to make positive changes in your life.
We also have small group classes where you will receive an all around workout multiple days a week to keep you active and moving towards achieving your goals: weight loss, gaining strength, and building community.

Bootcamp classes offered MWF 8:30am-9:30am. $10 per class.
