Fitness with Tyler Mercier

My name is Tyler Mercier and I am a 2015 Northern Michigan University graduate with a degree in Physical Education-Coaching. I am currently studying for my NASM Personal Training Certification and working as a personal trainer at Bianco's Fitness Center in Kingsford, Michigan. This page is for anyone with a passion for health and fitness or anyone who is interested in learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. Content posted on this page will include a daily exercise challenge, a daily health/diet challenge, an exercise of the day, and a weekly challenge.
