FITNZ 360 is a Pilates, Yoga, Health, Wellness and Fitness Studio. Group classes include: Pilates, yoga, small group training, boot camps, Zumba, kickboxing, Line Dancing, Hip Hop and Swing dance classes. We also offer personal training, nutrition counseling, life coaching, natural skin care, massage therapy and reflexology.
Instructors work with each person to help customize workouts for individual goals, injuries and fitness levels. Suitable For All Levels!
