500 Seneca is a dynamic mixed use development located at the edge of Buffalo’s emerging Hydraulics District.
The project involves the adaptive reuse of the historic former factory and offices of the F.N. Burt Company, which at one time was the world’s largest manufacturer of paper boxes.
The building will be transformed into a mixed use development featuring over 268,000 square feet of space for Class A offices, business incubator and cultural space and storage/flex space for tenants. The building will feature a large multi-story interior green atrium area, a rooftop garden, on site fitness center and cafe.
Other features of the building include ample safe, secure and free on site parking and close proximity to downtown Buffalo, Buffalo’s Canal Side district, the Buffalo-Niagara Medical Campus, and quick and easy access to both southbound and northbound I-190.
