Health Park Lake Nona is located in the Gateway building, on the corner of Narcoossee and Tavistock Lakes Boulevard, across from the Eagle Creek Golf Course and South of Lake Nona High School. This brand new building opened in spring of 2015 and is not yet in some GPS systems, so be sure to look for the 4-story glass building when coming to see us!

Monday — Wednesday: 7 am to 6 pm
Thursday: 7 am to 4 pm
Friday: 7 am to 2 pm

- Florida Hospital Sports and Rehabilitation are available:
Monday & Wednesday: 9 am to 7 pm
Tuesday: 7 am to 5 pm
Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
Friday: 7 am to 12 pm

- Florida Hospital Radiology is available:
Monday — Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

- Florida Hospital Labs are available:
Monday — Thursday: 7 am to 3:30 pm
Friday: 7 am to 2 pm
