CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through varied and challenging workouts that are scalable to all fitness levels. CrossFit combines strength training, explosive plyometrics, speed training, Olympic and power-style weight lifting, kettle bells, body weight exercises, gymnastics, and endurance exercise.
