Our passion is to help clients automate and simplify the business processes of enrolling and administering employee benefits.

We build web-based strategies for benefits administration, enrollment and employee benefits communication. We implement online enrollment technology that not only handles enrollment for core and worksite benefits, but can remain in place to serve employers’ on-going administration needs including open enrollment, on-going new hire enrollment and life event changes. Data can be integrated with insurance carriers and payroll/HRIS.

Our online enrollment and administration solutions range from automating benefits processes for the HR and benefits staff to full employee self-service.

Employers may attach one of our various proprietary communication portals to provide employees with a place to learn about their benefits, access tools and resources, download HR and benefit forms and materials, or link to carriers and online benefits resources. We also provide a suite of custom designed communication products that can be utilized individually or combined into comprehensive communications programs.
