New Day, NOW open Fridays starting in October. The Fort Myers Farmers Market is located on the grounds of Florida SouthWestern State College. Each Friday, from the first week in October - the last week in April, the open-air market will be set up in a parking lot on the corner of College Pkwy and Summerlin. The market's goal is to create a gathering and shopping place for the Fort Myers community to buy local food and hand made crafts. Products will include: fresh produce, artisan cheeses, baked goods, prepared foods, ready to eat foods cooked on site, grass-fed meats, eggs, sustainable seafood, soaps, candles, organics, local art offerings and much more.
