Foundations Counseling Center, Inc. provides a comprehensive treatment facility to adults, children, and families. We now have 3 therapists in our office who specialize in different counseling techniques.

Noemi Vorhis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Alabama. Noa has twenty two years of experience within the mental health field providing comprehensive treatment to individuals working with serious mental illness and emotional health concerns. In addition to sharing her extensive knowledge of major mental health conditions, she brings her vast experience in family and marital therapy.

Nancy Johnson works with children, adolescents, and adults as a general practitioner with a special focus on trauma. In addition, Nancy is a Registered Play Therapist and has extensive background and training in Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
