Francisco's Centro Vasco was established in 1979 and initially opened at 208 West 23rd Street, between 7th and 8th avenues. At that time we were named Centro Vasco. Some years later we moved to 161 West 23rd Street, between 6th and 7th avenues where we changed the name to Francisco's Centro Vasco. After many years at that location, we then changed the place to our current locale, which is at 159 West 23rd Street, between 6th and 7th avenues. Come on in for some great Spanish food!
