Fresh & Bangin Food was created by John Arslanian. John is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and has worked for Wolfgang Puck and Crème DeLa Crème Catering, Katsua, El Coralense and the Broken Bit Restaurants before deciding to start his own business, in the Antelope Valley where He was raised. He has owned a very successful catering company form 2013 - April 2015 .
